プレミアムクラスは誇大広告？

なんともお粗末なニュースだ。

三国連太郎さんと佐藤浩市さんの親子競演としても話題になっていた全日空のプレミアムクラスのCMが、誇大広告として公正取引委員会から排除命令を受けた。

以下、全日空の謝罪文。

『平素よりＡＮＡグループ便をご利用頂き、厚く御礼申し上げます。

本年4月1日からサービスを開始した国内線「プレミアムクラス」の導入告知として、本年2月から3月にかけて新聞に掲載した広告が、不当景品類及び不当表示防止法（景表法）に抵触するとして、本日（8月25日）、公正取引委員会より排除命令を受領しました。

理由は、「プレミアムクラス」を利用すれば、必ず当該広告に使用した座席を利用することができると誤認させたということです。

弊社といたしましては、従来の「スーパーシートプレミアム」から新たに生まれ変わる「プレミアムクラス」のブランドイメージ及び名称を伝える目的で当該広告を掲載しましたが、使用する機材により座席の仕様が異なることや座席の改修時期等に関する説明が十分でなく、結果的にお客様の誤解を招いたことにつきまして、深くお詫び申し上げます。

なお、本件につきましては、すでに広告内容の是正等を行っております。

弊社といたしましては、このたびの排除命令を真摯に受け止め、今後は全社的に再発防止に努め、信頼回復に取り組んでまいります。

何卒今後とも変わらぬご愛顧を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。』

使用が異なるとか説明が不十分とかって、出来なかった・やろうとしなかったことの言い訳のようにしか聞こえませんね。あのCMをみたら、ほとんどの人が新しいシートに座れるって思いますもの。

はっきり言って、こんな事が起こる意味が分からない。（いや、色々と紐解いていくと分かるっちゃ分かるんだけど、結果的にそういう事態を引き起こすまでに至ることが分からない。どうにかなんなかったの？って思う）

携帯事業社の料金CMでもこうした問題はあったが、サービス関係の広告は色々と難しそうだ。あれこれなにこれ考えて、サービスが多様化・複雑化して、当の本人達も何を一番伝えたいのかが分かっていないんじゃないでしょうか。そんでもって分かり易そうな広告にした結果、「言ってる事と違うじゃないか！」と批判を浴びてしまう.....悪循環ですね。

うーん、こういうのってデザインがどうとかいうことじゃなくて、人としてどうモノゴトを捉えているかっていうことだと思うんですよね。
少なくともこのCMにOKを出した全日空の担当者の方達は、その辺がちゃんとしていなかったように思います。いや、一人くらいはいたとは思うんですけど、その意見が反映されなかった企業の体質というかね.....。
