ランニング [編集]

最近ランニングを始めました。

元々痩せ型体質なので、運動しなくても一定の体重を保てていたのですが。
気がついたらおなか周りが...やばいです。この半年で５キロ位体重が増えました。

さすがにこのままではいけないと思い、夜な夜な一人でランニングです。

持久力は持つのですが、いかんせん間接が...。
肘が...膝が...そして腰が...。最初に走った翌日は全身筋肉痛の有様。悲しいです。

体に無理なく続けられる様に、自分の体と相談しながらこれからも頑張ります。

普段は昔に戻りたいとは思わないのに、体力だけは高校生の時に戻りたいと思いました。

ハァー。頑張ります。
