季節もすっかり秋となり、１０〜１１月の三連休を利用して旅行の計画を立てている人も多いだろう。このスーツケースで出かければ、国内旅行でも気分は宇宙旅行のように感じるかもしれない。

バンダイネットワークスの「CARGO BAG」は、起動戦士ガンダムに登場する「シャア専用ザク」と量産型の「ザク」をモチーフにデザインされたスーツケース。

正面部分には、ダイキャスト金属プレートでゴールドとシルバーで彩られたジオン軍の紋章、側面には「機体名・型式番号」とジオン公国のロゴが施されている。全体は戦闘的なソリッドカラーで塗装され、内装も細部までジオン公国のシンボルマークのジャガード織りで彩っている。
実用的な面でも申し分の無い、ガンダムファンでは無くとも気になってしまうスーツケースとなっている。

限定品のため既に受付は終了となってはいたが、この間サイトで確認したら少数ながらも追加生産されていた。もし興味のある方はお早めにどうぞ。価格はどちらも25,800円。限定品である事を考えると決して高くはない価格設定だ。

最近のスーツケースは、ビックリする様なデザインのものが度々登場している。ありきたりなものでも、何か別の要素を加えると全く違った姿形になり、それに見合ったユーザーが存在することに気がつく。
このCARGO BAGもその典型的なデザインだ。
